We’re looking for people who lead with empathy those who can see beyond behaviour and recognise the child behind it.
Whether you’re new to the sector or already experienced, we want to hear from you if you:
- Believe in relationship-based care.
- Are passionate about supporting children with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties).
- Can remain calm, patient, and consistent under pressure.
- Want to be part of a forward thinking organisation that values reflection and learning.

Every team member receives a full induction and shadowing period, including:
- Trauma-informed practice
- Safeguarding and child protection
- Positive behaviour support
- Therapeutic communication
- Emergency response and first aid
- Fire safety and health & safety
- Record keeping and regulatory compliance
We also provide ongoing professional development and access to our clinical supervision network, ensuring every member of staff feels equipped, supported, and confident in their role.
